Our Leadership
Kyle Hall - Chief Executive Officer
Having previously served as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Business Development with PNI for the previous nine years, Mr. Hall has been at the forefront of the company’s growth, working directly with clients and staff to drive results. Mr. Hall has been instrumental in not only taking the company across Canada and into the US markets, but also more recently into Asia-Pacific.
Since becoming CEO in 2008, the company has received several awards including top 15 finishes in the prestigious Profit100™ and Deloitte Fast50™ annual rankings for performance companies.
Mr. Hall has 20 years of industry experience, is a former professional football player, and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario.
Cameron Lawrence - Chief Financial Officer
As a member of the PNI’s senior management team, Mr. Lawrence is responsible for all matters related to reporting, analysis and compliance of PNI’s financial results.
Mr. Lawrence recently served as Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Director of Finance for OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company based in Bothell, WA. and Vancouver, Canada. Throughout his four years with OncoGenex, Mr. Lawrence supervised their compliance, financial reporting, financial operations and business process improvement functions in a rapidly growing company.
Mr. Lawrence holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver and a MPAcc graduate degree from the University of Saskatchewan. He is a Chartered Accountant.
Kevin Jampole - Executive Vice President, Sales
With over 30 years of experience working with new technologies and Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Jampole is responsible for global sales and account management.
Mr. Jampole's previous experience including being Owner/Director of Software Imaging, one of the largest suppliers of imaging technologies in the world. Mr. Jampole's portfolio included responsibility for the group’s OEM sales, business development, sales support, and marketing teams.
Previous to Software Imaging, Mr. Jampole held several senior executive positions with Adobe Systems, Infowave, Vertigo, and Merisel.
Simon Cairns - Vice President, Business Development
As a member of PNI’s senior management team, Mr. Cairns is responsible for leading the company into new markets, new partnerships and expanding the company’s reach in terms of services and offerings. His duties also include corporate development and investor relations, having previously served as the company’s Director of Corporate Development.
Mr. Cairns brings more than 13 years of direct business and corporate development experience in consumer internet media and entertainment, including working with market leaders in OEM, retail, content and online channels across the globe.
Chris Egan – Vice President, Product Management
As a member of PNI’s senior management team, Mr. Egan is responsible for the company’s product portfolio and keeping ahead of the competition. Mr. Egan overseas innovations in online, kiosk and mobile solutions, and works directly with our big clients to forecast future growth in their markets. Mr. Egan has more than 10 years of experience in the online media retail space and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Information Technology
Paul Thomas - Vice President, Technology
Mr. Thomas serves as VP of all of PNI’s technology. Having previously served as PNI’s Director of Technology and an Enterprise Architect, Mr. Thomas is responsible for all aspects of the company’s platform innovation and extensibility, including working with innovators to bring new concepts to our retailers via our platform. With more than 15 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, Mr. Thomas brings both business acumen and technical vision in his role as leader of the company’s technical direction.
Roger Canann – Vice President, US Development
Roger Canann came to PNI Digital Media with the acquisition of QS Quarterhouse Software, Inc., in April 2013. As founder and director of Quarterhouse, Roger was instrumental in Quarterhouse’s growing success with regional print shops and franchise retailers. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in software engineering and technical design, Roger heads up PNI’s engineering and technical resources in Texas. Roger’s previous experience also includes leadership roles in software development for global enterprise programs with Shell Oil Company.
