GAAP Net Income Before Taxes of $2.0 Million, $25.4 Million in Revenue, Adjusted EBITDA of $7.4 Million
Revenue for the year was $25.4 million, representing an increase of 4% over the same period last year on a reported basis. If foreign currency exchange rates had remained constant, revenue for the year would have been approximately $27.9 million, an increase of 14% over the same period last year.

A new feature of the PNI Digital Media Platform that enables the Company’s retailer partners to offer consumers the ability to create and order photo books, calendars, photo cards and prints online and pick up their finished photo gifts in about an hour at more than 7500 retail locations across the US and Canada.

Revenue for the quarter was $7.8 million, representing an increase of 8% over the same period last year on a reported basis. Excluding the impact of changes in exchange rates, revenue for the first quarter of Fiscal 2010 would have been $8.4 million, or an increase of 16% over the same period last year.
