PNI Digital Media to Announce Fiscal 2011 Third Quarter Financial Results and Host Conference Call on Tuesday, August 16th, 2011
PNI Digital media will host an open meeting for investors, analysts and financial professionals on Thursday, September 15th, 2011.
The Company has entered into an agreement with Walgreen Co. (“Walgreens”) to provide and operate an online stationery service for Walgreens. The service will allow Walgreens customers to create and customize unique cards, invitations and other printed material.
Company has entered into an agreement to extend the term of its Internet Services Agreement with CVS Pharmacy Inc. (“CVS”) to provide and operate the CVS/pharmacy online photo service www.cvsphoto.com, which is connected to over 7200 CVS/pharmacy locations across the US for an additional three year period.
The Company has extended the terms of its Internet Services Agreement with Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. (“Costco Canada”) to provide and operate the Costco Canada online photo service which is connected to 81 Costco warehouse locations across Canada for an additional five year period up to June, 2016.
