PNI was at the cusp of a code overhaul when Troy started as a Senior Dev. When you're tasked with refining and restructuring the code base used for some of the world's largest retailers, initiative, quick problem-solving and collaboration are essential. He always appreciated the unofficial mentorship offered by seasoned architects like Paul Thomas.
And as a Lead Dev at PNI today, that's Troy's advice for the cohort of new developers who are joining us, "Keep pushing a task forward. Don't sit and spin your wheels when you're stuck. Go and find help."
