John Oyono joined PNI’s retail support team in 2003. In his tool belt he brought three continents of experience and studies in tourism, literature and linguistics (in 5 languages!) – an ideal skillset for a job dealing with people.
Over the years at PNI he’s been able to advance his leadership and technical skills to meet the level of his interpersonal abilities, preparing him for his senior role today. He’s a go-to guy for educating staff in our clients’ retail stores and guiding his fellow team members.
And that’s the part that he enjoys the most, training new team members to help them feel welcome and confident in their roles. Du bist großartig, John!
